Cancelling or rescheduling your pressure washing service
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your pressure washing service. Please be aware that a £50 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. This fee helps us cover the operational costs and loss of scheduled bookings that arise from last-minute changes. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy.
Notice periods for cancellation fees
The cancellation fee applied depends on the notice period given. If you provide more than 3 days' notice for cancellation, a reduced cancellation fee of £20 will be charged. However, if you provide 3 days or less notice, the full £50 cancellation fee will apply. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and potentially accommodate other customers who are waiting for our services.
Exceptions to our cancellation policy
We understand that certain situations, such as severe weather or genuine emergencies, can be beyond your control.
